Llamé porque el gato de mi amiga falleció y ellos incineran animales. Fueron amables y comprensivos. Fueron inmediatamente a recoger a su gato y lo devolvieron al día siguiente. Ofrecieron una variedad de urnas. Fue un placer trabajar con Nancy y Claudia. Gracias por su servicio local. Agradezco mucho su profesionalismo. I called because my friend's cat passed away, and they cremate animals. They were kind and understanding. They came immediately to pick up her cat and returned it the next day. No one expects a tragic death while on vacation. Nor did anyone have any idea what to do when it happened to us. Nancy was at the clinic to help us within 20 min of our tragedy and helped us all the way through a very harrowing and daunting process. She wasn’t just a funeral director. She was a translator, facilitator, and a wealth of information. We are grateful for her assistance during our time of need.

This funeral home increases drastically their prices ones they knew the family reside in USA. BE AWARE and even though you don't have any contract with them they still charged $5,000 pesos to release the body so it can be taken to a different funeal home. All this confusion just because they claim to have been there 1st to pick up the body.
